STOCKS OF MAIZE, CHEESE AND YORK HAM


These little snacks I made to my nieces the other day for the snack, and as soon as they came out of the oven they flew. Without tasting them, I knew they were good because children have no way of convincing them that something is good; to them or like it or even if you put the best of the world as they say they do not like it there is no way to convince them ... However these snacks surprised me, they are made in a plis and on top of it!

INGREDIENTS:
  • 250 g milk
  • 10 g of lemon juice
  • 150 g of chhedar cheese in chunks
  • 300 pastry flour g
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 50 g cold butter in portions
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 small tin of cooked corn (140 d drained)
  • 75 g diced ham

PREPARATION:

We put a bowl on the lid of the glass and weigh the milk. Add the lemon juice (to cut the milk) and let it rest for 15 minutes approximately.

We preheat the oven to 200º. We grate the cheese during 5 sec/vel 9. We remove from the glass and we reserve.

Add the parsley, the reserved milk, the grated cheese, the corn and the ham and mix 20 sec/turn to the left/vel 6. With a spoon, pour small portions of dough on a serving tray. oven lined with baking paper and bake at 200º for 15-20 minutes ...
